Hopefully there isn't, but if there is a problem with your purchase, please email email@example.com within 14 days of date of purchase for a return or exchange. Please include your reason for wanting an exchange or return.
Refunds will be given to faulty items only. Jay will not give a refund if the item has been worn or for change of mind. For change of mind, Jay can only offer an exchange, and the item must be in it's original condition.
Jay is not responsible for any damage done via shipping but she will do her best to help if this was the rare circumstance. Postage fee will not be covered for change or mind, it will only be covered if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds and exchanges will proceed once item has been returned. Please use tracking on return shipping to avoid loss of item, as Jay is not financially responsible if this was to occur.
